Meet Judith, MA, MEd, CCT, CCC   Ph.D. in progress

Do you have personal or career concerns? Are you trying to plan next steps? Perhaps you are new to Canada and trying to understand workplace culture? If any of these topics  resonate with you, please feel free to  reach out!   I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and a Certified Counsellor Therapist (CT) in Prince Edward Island. I have over 24 years of experience supporting post-secondary students and adults of all ages with their educational, personal, and career concerns.

I have extensive background with Career Services and am passionate about career development. I am certified to administer and interpret a variety of leading career assessment tools, including the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder), VIA Character Strengths, and Personality Dimensions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths -based. I use solution-focussed approaches involving Positive Psychology, CBT, and Mindfulness. I offer a welcoming and supportive space to help you gain self-awareness, build confidence, and take your next steps forward to reach your goals.

To support accessibility, a sliding‑fee scale is available for eligible clients. Multi‑session packages are also offered with career assessment fees included.

EDUCATION and TRAINING 

Judith has a strong educational background and is an avid  lifelong learning. Her degrees include: Bachelor of Science, BSc., Bachelor of Education, B.Ed., Master of Education Counselling, M.Ed., and a Master of Arts, Critical Disability Studies. Judith is near completion of her Doctorate in Education, Social Justice Education, University of Toronto.
