Regulatory Note: All complaints must be submitted to the CCT of PEI, regardless of client location.

• Canada Life (inc. PSHCP), Great-West Life, Manulife, Industrial Alliance

• Most TELUS Health & Express Scripts networks (see exceptions)

Carolyn Black Only

• NIHB (Indigenous Care) & PBAS (Holland College/UPEI)

• VAC & IFHP (processed via Blue Cross upon request)

• RBC Insurance, Green Shield, RWAM

Billing Exceptions

Pay upfront; detailed receipts provided for manual reimbursement:

• Desjardins & Simply Benefits: Covered, but insurer systems do not support direct billing for counselling.

• RWAM: Direct billing available with Carolyn Black only. Other therapists require upfront payment.

We are actively working to expand direct billing capabilities for these providers.
